Yes, our online ordering allows for easy shipment to the following countries:
Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the products you order and the address you enter.
If you live outside of these countries, we would still like to help you make a purchase. Please contact our International Sales Department who can arrange a quote for shipping to your destination. Please email the items you wish to order and quantities, and your full delivery address. We will then provide you with a shipping quote before you proceed with your order.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
The majority of our products are available for international shipment. There are some exceptions to this, being liquids, dangerous goods and equine supplements. International orders are subject to each countries customs and import requirements.

Your order will leave our Sunshine Coast, QLD warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Ordering on a weekend or public holiday? Orders will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow for extra processing time during sale periods.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Large orders and bulky items can only be delivered to a street address, NOT to PO Boxes. Please note, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
